Dr. Nanda is highly active and enthusiastic in her daily life with regular yoga and believes that everyone can achieve good health by making lifestyle changes with proper diet and yoga activity. She always encourage patients to use natural herbs, massage and acupressure or magnet therapy to relieve their symptoms. Her belief that there is no age criteria for learning and gaining knowledge, she continues to learn new therapies for her patients.
Dr. Nanda has done her Dip. In Naturopathy from Mumbai. While practicing naturopathy she has attended many courses and workshop in Acupressure, Reiki and Magneto therapy.
Later she completed her M.D. in Alternative Medicine from Kolkata and Dip. In Medical Yoga from Pune. Her specialty is that she advice patients with those homemade remedies that is proven by herself in her routine or in her home. She ensure the safety and appropriate quantity or time duration of her other therapies before applying on patients.
She prepare homemade medicines with natural plants grown in her own farm. She has made wonderful Hair oil which is perfect blend of herbal remedies to get rid of hair loss and to boost healthy hair growth.
